●時計を 1 時間遅らせる put back a clock [watch] one hour

・出発を 1 時間遅らせる delay [postpone, put off] one's departure for an hour

・夕食を 30 分遅らせる delay [postpone, put off] supper (for) half an hour; have [serve] supper thirty minutes later than planned.

●男はその時計を 15 分遅らせた. The man set his watch back fifteen minutes.
